Milan Fashion Week Spring 2025 Highlights


Since September 17, we’ve been engrossed in Milan Fashion Week. This Spring 2025 season is shaping up the be a one for the books. Following our first round-up of Milan Fashion Week Spring 2025, it’s time to take a deep dive into the second portion of this season’s jam-packed calendar the Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana granted us.

Sabato De Sarno staged his third mainline womenswear offering as Gucci creative director, further displaying his love for the silhouettes of the 1960s – giving them a modern twist. Donatella Versace looked back to the Spring 1997 Versus collection, updating the prints from the collection this season, and presented within the historic grounds of the Sforzesco Castle. Inspired by Ballerinas, Maximilian Davis at Ferragamo delighted with fashion crowd with an assortment of cross-crossed cardigans, tights, bodysuits, or ribbon ballet shoes. At Diesel, Glenn Martens covered the runway in pounds of denim remnants, and displayed frayed and distressed separates. The iconic Italian design duo that is Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana gave the ultimate tribute to their forever muse: Madonna. Closing out MFW with a bang, Bottega Veneta’s Matthieu Blazy continued to demonstrate his eye for proportions, textures, and tonality.
