Bachelorette Jenn – Episode #4 Thoughts, More Fallout From Sam’s Family & Their Social Media Activity with Receipts, & Your Daily Roundup 7/30 Transcript

We’re four episodes into Jenn’s season, and honestly, we’ve really never seen anything like this before. No, not anything happening on her season, per se. Moreso what’s been happening on social media. I talked about it in my last couple podcasts, I talked about it on my livestream, and I’ll talk about it again today in my column. And that’s Sam McKinney and his family, just completely being oblivious to how to handle what’s happening this season. We’ve had contestants be a villain before. Hell, there’s at least one every season. And we’ve had those villains not be happy with their edit. But we’ve never seen SIX family members (two sisters, brother, brother-in-law, and both parents) take to social media and repeat the same stuff over and over calling out the show. We’ll get to it in today’s column in a little bit, but this is like bizarro world how these people are acting. You know what else? I wouldn’t even put Sam in the top 10 villains we’ve ever seen on this show. They’re just so butt hurt that the guy Sam didn’t like in the house, 1) outlasts Sam and 2) ends up winning, they’re beside themselves and taking it out on production. I’m talking about continuously because they will not stop talking on social media. It’s never ending with them, yet, they provide no proof of anything. More on that in a minute.

Anyway, if you want to check out my live from this past Sunday night where I spend about the first 40 minutes talking about it as well, here you go:

Reader Emails again tomorrow. Any questions, queries, comments, or hot takes you may have send them to steve@realitysteve.com or hit me up on IG and get your questions in for tomorrow’s column. Looking for another 10-15 this week if we can reach that, I’ll give everyone a scratch-n-sniff sticker. If not, then I’m keeping them all for myself. So there.

In Bachelor Nation relationship news, yesterday Victoria Fuller and Will Levis, QB of the Tennessee Titans, hard launched their relationship. This isn’t really news to anyone who’s followed either of their IG’s the last month or so. It’s been obvious they’ve been with each other numerous times, but they became “official” I guess yesterday with the hard launch photo. So apparently if you’re a woman from Peter Weber’s season and you don’t end up with a professional athlete, or the son of a billionaire, you’re doing something wrong.

US Weekly ran a story after last nights episode reminding us all of exes who show up uninvited on the Bachelor and Bachelorette. Man, this was a stroll down memory lane if I’ve ever seen one. Half of these I forgot even happened. Of course, can never forget the Victoria/Chase Rice one since it was only known by people following spoilers and seeing it in real time. Then Alayah was back home, then returned to the show, shared the info, and Victoria lost her marbles on her. Ross, Becca Kufrin’s ex? We never heard another word from that guy. But yeah, go check that article out for some good memories.

Recap begins on Page 2…
