INVINCIBLE Season 3 arrives sooner than you think

Invincible co-creator Robert Kirkman repeatedly promised that the wait for Invincible season 3 wouldn’t be as long as the wait between seasons 1 and 2. Looks like he’s a man of his word. Today, just ahead of New York Comic Con, Prime Video released a Burger Mart inspired teaser trailer for Invincible Season 3 which announced the premiere date for the critically acclaimed adult-animated superhero series co-produced by Skybound Entertainment and Amazon MGM Studios. The first three episodes will be available to stream exclusively on Prime Video in more than 240 countries and territories beginning Thursday, February 6, 2025 with additional episodic drops available every Thursday through March 13th.

As revealed during San Diego Comic-Con a few months back, fans can expect the titular character to sport a brand new blue costume just like in the original comics.

Invincible is based on the comic book series of the same name created by Kirkman, Cory Walker, and Ryan Ottley. The story follows 18-year-old Mark Grayson AKA the titular hero Invincible, whose father, Omni-Man, is the most powerful superhero on Earth. In Season 2, Mark had to navigate his fear of becoming like his dad while also struggling from the betrayal of a friend. For those who’ve read the original comics, you know things are only going to escalate. If you though season 2 played it wild with the multiverse, expect even more multiversal shenanigans down the line.

Invincible stars Steven Yeun as Invincible and J.K. Simmons as Omni-Man, as well as Sandra Oh, Zazie Beetz, Grey DeLisle, Chris Diamantopoulos, Walton Goggins, Gillian Jacobs, Jason Mantzoukas, Ross Marquand, Khary Payton, Zachary Quinto, Andrew Rannells, Kevin Michael Richardson, and Seth Rogen.

The executive producers are Kirkkman, Rogen, Simon Racioppa, Margaret M. Dean, and Evan Goldberg. The co-executive producers are Helen Leigh and Cory Walker.
